If you make the reservation directly with us (web, telephone or email), you will allways be given the best prices and conditions available at the moment of the reservation.

Booking with us at Epoca Suites means that you don't have to deal with a middleman. All of the communication you have about your reservation takes place directly with us.

Please contact our Customer Service Department to help you make the payment.

Our colleagues in the Customer Service Department will provide you with all the necessary destination information. If you need to organize a trip, excursion, dinner, cultural visit... do not hesitate to consult us, we will be happy to advise you.

Once we have all the necessary information, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. If you do not receive this email, please contact us as soon as possible.

Of course! Please contact our Customer Service Department so that you can tell you how to proceed or if you prefer, you can request it by e-mail at administracion@epocasuites.com.

Once your apartment has been confirmed, our guys from customer service department will contact you a day before your arrival to tell you how to enter.

You will be given two different codes, with one you can access the main door of the building and with the second code you can access the apartment you have booked.

Please, note that the codes will only be active after 2:00 p.m. the day of entry until 12:00 p.m. the day of departure. From this moment the code will expire, unless you have previously booked a delay in your departure.

Don´t worry!

We thank you to advise us of your approximate arrival time to try to receive you, but if it is too late it will be impossible for us, however you will be able to access your apartment without problems with the codes that our staff has previously provided (the day before your arrival). 

The next day we’ll be there to welcome you!

We will be happy to say goodbye and wish you a safe trip back, but if you are in a hurry, do not hesitate, close the apartment and we will take care of the rest.

We just want you to know that we will like to see you again for our accommodation. That you repeat is our greatest satisfaction, it is an indicator that we are doing very well!

Smoking is completely prohibited in our apartments and public areas, It will only be allowed in apartments with open and private spaces, such as the terrace or the patio.

No, no need to clean the apartment, just thank you for leaving it tidy.

For us it is very important to know the lived experience of the guests in our apartments, so any comments we receive will help us to improve.
